A mobile app builder is a platform that produces an iOS or Android application without you writing the platform code by hand. The Google Play tab of the publish flow guides you through it: create the app in Play Console with the package name Cadrant gives you, invite Cadrant's service account, and Cadrant generates the upload key, runs the Android build on your Expo account and submits the app bundle to your Play Console as a draft release on the internal testing track. You then roll it out and promote it to production from Play Console.
